Ruko (Original Soundtrack) — Standalone Album

Ruko (Original Soundtrack) is a mini OST for a made-up game. The story follows Ruko, a young boy from the remote plains of Aranoko, who is suddenly thrust into adventure when an ancient, long-dormant magic is awakened.

The album uses a blend of folksy instruments, bombastic brass ensembles, and sweeping synths and orchestral sounds. It’s all tied together through extensive use of leitmotifs, with themes transforming as the story progresses.

Recommended Tracks:

Aranoko Village - Cozy village theme.
Arcane Engine - Epic adventure theme with big brass and synth sounds.
Lost Relic - Introspective theme, evoking mystery, magic, and loss.
Farewell Festival - All of the above!

Homebound (Original Soundtrack) — Full Game OST

In 2021 I released Homebound, a short game I developed by myself over the course of one year. This is the full soundtrack to the game, with special arrangements to fit the tracks into an album format.

Recommended Tracks:

Homebound - Vince Guaraldi-inspired jazz trio presenting the main theme.
Sticks And Stones - Action-packed, playful woodwind quartet.
Aquatic Games - John Adams-inspired marimba duet with syncopated rhythm and modal harmonies.
Credit Roll - Chiptune arrangement of the main theme.

Tessellation — Single (Charity EP Jam)

A prog rock jam based on the prompt “GEOMETRY”, with shifting meters, grooving bass & drums, and kaleidoscopic synths/guitars/other textures.

The Charity EP Jam is partnered with Able Gamers. A collaboration among game composers and sound designers, contributing artists were given a theme and had a certain amount of time to create a track based on the theme.

Colorful Theory — Single

A prog rock exploration of microtonal harmony. Western music typically divides the octave into twelve equal semitones; in this track, the octave is instead divided into just ten, resulting in wider intervals.

The track explores this harmonic space with a heavy prog metal intro, jazz funk solos, and spacious synth chords building to a final climax.
